Before Renting

How do I install the app?

You can download and install the app from the Google Play Store, Apple Store, or from the WeChat Mini-Program platform.

How do I register an account on the app?

1, Tap the menu icon on the top left, then “Login”,

2, Enter your phone number, check the box “I agree with the Terms of Service”, then tap “Send SMS”.

3, Enter the 4-digit verification code you received via SMS, and you will be automatically logged in.

How do I borrow a mobile battery?

1, Download the Juden GO! app.

2, Create an account and register your credit card payment details.

3, Tap the ‘Scan QR to Rent’ button

4, Scan the QR code found on the station, then tap the ‘Rent Now’ button after confirming your payment details. The mobile battery will eject automatically in a moment.

How to Rent

Where can I borrow a mobile battery?

Juden GO! stations are found in most FamilyMart convenience stores all over Okinawa (we plan to expand our coverage in future).

By tapping the magnifying glass icon on the bottom right, you can check which stations are closest to you.

Tapping the pin icons on the map will show you the number of mobile batteries available for rent and the number of slots in which you can return mobile batteries for that particular station.

I want to know the maximum rental time and maximum rental fee

The rental fee is 220 yen (tax included) per 24 hours from the start of the rental
(The maximum rental time is 167 hours and 59 minutes)

If you exceed it, the rental will be stopped and you will be obligated to pay a total of 3,300 yen (including a usage fee of 1,540 yen and a penalty of 1,650 yen).

 

Rental Pricing

How do I make payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and JCB credit cards (please ensure that the credit card has a balance of at least ¥3,300), and LINE Pay. Unfortunately, prepaid cards are currently not accepted. We plan to add more payment options in future, so please wait patiently.

How do I rent using LINE Pay?

1, Tap the ‘Scan QR to Rent’ button and scan the stations’s QR code.
2, Tap ‘Rent Now’.
3, Choose your payment method. ※You can select  ‘LINE Pay’ here.
4, Tap ‘Rent Now’.
5, You will be redirected to the LINE Pay screen, and prompted to pay the deposit amount of ¥2,508.
6, Enter your LINE Pay password/PIN, or scan your biometric data to authorize the payment.
7, After tapping the ‘Pay’ button, a mobile battery will be ejected and the rental will commence.

When I try to use LINE Pay, I am shown a message that says 'Insufficient Balance', and cannot make a rental.

If you use LINE Pay, a security deposit of 220 yen is required at the time of rental.

I tapped the 'Rent Now' button but the mobile battery does not eject.

While Renting

What is the capacity of the mobile battery? How long can it last?

Each mobile battery has a capacity of 5000mAh, and has fast-charging capability.

A fully-charged mobile battery can generally charge a device to full roughly 1.5 times, with some variation. In one hour, it can typically charge a device by 30%.

Time required to charge the following devices from 0% to 100% (approx.):
iPhone 7: 60 minutes
iPhone 8: 70 minutes
iPhone 9: 75 minutes
iPhone 10: 75 minutes
iPhone 11: 90 minutes

About the Mobile Battery

Can a single mobile battery charge multiple devices at once?

Yes, it can charge up to three different devices, so long as each device is compatible with each separate cable (micro-USB, USB-C, and Lightning).

Can the mobile battery itself be recharged?

Yes, there is a micro-USB port located on the left side of the mobile battery, from which it can be charged.

The mobile battery I rented isn't working properly.

Please contact Juden GO! support. We may require you to tell us the Rental Number  of the mobile battery you are currently renting. You can confirm it from the ‘Rental History’ screen on the app.

After Renting

Where can I return the mobile battery?

Simply insert it into any free slot in a Juden GO! station, and the rental with automatically come to an end.

You can check the locations of Juden GO! stations around you using the app.

There is a possibility that some stations may be full and unable to accept returns, so please confirm their availability on the app beforehand.

How do I return the mobile battery?

Simply insert the mobile battery into any of a station’s free slots to end the rental.

Please insert the mobile battery in the direction indicated by the arrows found beside the attached cables, ensuring that the LED panel is facing you and lit up when inserted.

How to Return

My credit card has been charged incorrectly / I would like a refund.

Please contact Juden GO! support, and tell us the nature of the erroneous charge or reason for the refund.

I returned the mobile battery to the station, but according to the app the rental still has not ended.

How many mobile batteries can I borrow at one time?

Each user is able to borrow a maximum of three mobile batteries at any time.

My mobile battery went out of order while in use.

Please contact Juden GO! support. We may require you to tell us the Rental Number number of the mobile battery you are currently renting. You can confirm it from the ‘Rental History’ screen on the app.

Is the mobile battery waterproof?

The mobile battery is not waterproof. Please keep it away from any body of water or liquid.
