Application Privacy Policy

Interactive Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Interactive”, “our company”, “us” or “we”) pays thorough attention to the management of user’s personal information when operating the Juden GO! application (hereinafter referred to as “Juden GO!” or “our application”) and the Juden GO! Mobile Charger Rental Service (hereinafter referred to as “our service”). In addition to our company Privacy Policy (https://www.inta.co.jp/privacy/) separately provided, the information to be obtained by the Juden GO! application and service, and the purpose of their use, are specified as follows.

1. Data Collection

We collect the following user information for use by Juden GO! and our service. If such information is not provided, some or all parts of our application and our service may not be used.

Data collected: Information about your mobile device, such as the OS version and device identification details, your email address, your phone number, your password

(4) Inquiry Form Information

Data collected: Information entered in the inquiry input form, such as the ID of our application and information of the device used, additional confirmation information requested from us, email address.
Collection method: User input (※Only your email address is collected automatically by the mailer)

2. Purpose of Use

• To confirm user identity
• To prevent use of our service or Juden GO! in a manner that violates the terms of this service
• To provide services that require GPS location data 
• To respond to inquiries
• To respond to enquiries and verify your identity

3. Restrictions on the Usage of Personal Information

We will not use personal information beyond the purpose of use at the time of acquisition, and will not provide it to third parties without the content of the individual. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

1. When submission is required based on laws and regulation
2. When it is necessary to protect the lift, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person involved.
3. When outsourcing all or part of the business performed by our company to a third party.
4. When disclosing information to a person with a legal obligation to maintain confidentiality with our company.
5. When permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations.

4. Ceasing Collection of Information

Juden GO! does not provide a means to automatically cease the acquisition of information. If you wish to stop giving us your personal information, please uninstall our application.

Registered users can delete their accounts. To delete, select “Delete Account” from “Others” in the tab bars.

5. Updates to the Privacy Policy

We may change this policy for time to time due to operational reasons. Should there be any critical modifications to the policy, we will post notifications in our application, or our service’s website and corporate website, so please check and confirm the changes each time. However, in the case of changes that require the consent of the user by law, the consent of the user shall be obtained in a manner prescribed by Ryukyu Interactive.

Items not specified in Juden GO!’s Privacy Policy are subject to the Privacy Policy separately determined by our company (https://www.inta.co.jp/privacy/).
